Des Plaines, IL (October 28, 2009) --- The 2009 Meet the GC Night was met with record attendance with over 730 guests making it the largest event of the ASA Chicago calendar thus far. The annual networking and dinner event hosted by ASA Chicago, welcomed its 400+ membership and GC Council members. Both subcontractors and GCs had the opportunity to talk directly with the people making bidding decisions and shake hands with project managers and estimators.

ASA Chicago Board Member Peggy Hrindak of Phoenix Business Solutions summed up the evening's success, "Not only was I able to meet so many GC estimators and project managers, I also networked among other subcontractors making new acquaintances and opening doors to possible job opportunities."

Leopardo Construction was one of 30 General Contractor firms at ASA Chicago's Meet the GCs Night held on October 6, 2009 at Venuti's in Addison, IL.


ASA Chicago board members Jim Naylor of Assurance Agency (left) and Keith Jankowksi of Bemcor, Inc. (right) along with ASA Chicago President Kay Anagnos of Anagnos Door Company, Inc. (center) welcomed new and prospective members and sponsors at a VIP reception held prior to the evening's networking. Also in attendance at the VIP reception were fellow National Subcontractors Association leaders.


GC Council member Walsh Construction supported the event by networking with ASA Chicago members including subcontractors, suppliers and vendors from all over the Chicagoland area.
